Do You Accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We do not accept Cash on Delivery.
What Are the Accepted Payment Methods Online?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club, and Maestro)
for both domestic and international online purchases. You can also pay via net banking or use
our affiliated online wallets. Rest assured, we use a secure merchant for all online transactions.
Is There a Shipping Fee?
Shipping is free within India.
Do You Offer International Shipping?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Orders are typically shipped within 4-5 days. Delivery time may take an additional 4-5 days depending on the delivery partner.
What If I Need to Change or Cancel My Order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes as the production and shipping processes begin immediately. After an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders with invalid addresses will be automatically returned, causing delays. If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact

Can I Return or Exchange a Garment?
You can cancel an item within 24 hours of delivery. For exchanges, you have 3 days from delivery to make a request. Please note that both cancellation and exchange services can only be used
once per order.
Once your returned item is picked up and arrives at our warehouse, we will process your refund.
For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited back to your account.
What If Something I Ordered Arrived Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty?
While we perform quality checks on all products before shipment, if you receive an item with a manufacturing
defect, we will either replace it or issue a refund. You can cancel an order within 24 hours of delivery. For exchanges, you have 3 days from delivery to request an exchange. Both cancellation and exchange services can be
used only once per order.
To process your request, please upload images of the damaged item. We will arrange a return and issue a refund
once the item is received.
Do You Offer a Return Pickup Service for Exchanges/Returns?
Yes, we offer a courier service to facilitate return pickups for items that need to be exchanged or returned.
